Our Self Defense system for Women only is Empowering it is focused on 2 of our core programs, Krav and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. We teach you how to identify the 3 steps leading into a physical attack prior to the action attack. We also teach you how to neutralize the most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed, grabbed, choked or being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant.
